It was such a pleasure to meet you today & get my book signed! I also wanted to thank you & your web master for providing the link to my "book store" on your website. My initial plan was to have finished THE ACTRESS by the time I met you but I then realized I so love to linger over & re-read certain visuals in your books that slowing this reading roll would be a good thing. Plus, if I finished too quickly I'd have no more unread Elizabeth Sims in my arsenal. So now I'm enoying chapters like the sublime bonbons they are. Please, write faster. :)

Hey, thanks Jennifer. I enjoyed meeting you too, wish we could have schmoozed more at the Mystery Writers booth, but what a madhouse Book Expo is. Glad you're enjoying THE ACTRESS, let me know what you think when you've finished it.

Hey Elizabeth- I just looked at your new and improved web site. Wow, it's great - thanks for that. My one suggestion is about the golf short video clip which I much appreciated. Your swing is so sweet and powerful and amazing; don't you think it would be more appropriate for you to play from the blue tees?

Hi Margaret, thanks for looking in, and thanks for the compliments. Wish my swing was like that consistently. Anyway, most of the new site isn't live just yet, but stay tuned. Marcia the grand webmaster is still working hard on it.

I just finished damned straight after it was recommended on a books 365 days a year calendar my partner gave me for Christmas. Wonderful. I have ordered your others and can hardly wait. Our library system had only one other. This will be remedied in short order.I order the fiction for our library .

Great, Judy, thanks. Glad to know Lillian will soon be available to more readers. Kirkus is putting up a good review of THE ACTRESS, the launch of my new series with St. Martin's Minotaur, to be released in June. Maybe that'll find its way to your library as well!

I liked reading your thoughts about the funicular car (#11). The more I thought about it, the more I liked that sentence. It's a story about the end of Nick's fancy-free life, and the first sentence foreshadows that ending. Indeed, the "fun"icular car is what really stops.

Hey Evan, I like how you think. Thanks for dropping in.
